The school registration and admission policy is based on the laws and regulations of the Department of Education and Knowledge under the supervision of the Ministry of Education for all levels.
Target:
Help in welcoming a new student to an educational institution and integrating him into the required system and society.
Establish clear operating standards for the registration process and work organization.
Measures:
First: General Regulations:
1. Students are accepted regardless of race, color, nationality, religion or gender.
2. The school separates the sexes from the fi rst grade to the third grade of primary school, in separateclasses for the female students.

4. The number of students does not exceed 18 students in Kindergarten, and not more than 20 students
in the kindergarten stage, and does not exceed 25 students in the primary stage classes.
5. Registration opens every year at the beginning of March, and parents are advised to register early.
6. In the event that the demand for seats increases, priority is given to old students, teachers’ children,
those who have siblings registered in the school, students who live near the school, and Saudi students.
7. Students and parents are provided with the opportunity to tour the school, upon their request, to learn
more about the services before registering in the school.
8. All students and parents should read (the student’s introductory guide to laws and regulations) and sign
a pledge to abide by what it says and hand it over to the customer service employees.
9. The school registers male and female students in the Noor system according to the dates and
regulations set by the Ministry of Education.
10. The Student Affairs Service Department must request that students and parents ’data be updated at
the beginning of the school year, especially with regard to health and social status, family status, phone
numbers and means of communication for the student and family.
11- The school makes sure to maintain all official documents, school records, and individual plans for all
students and works on updating them in the student’s paper and electronic file. All student data shall be
private and confidential.
Second: Registration steps:
1. The guardian fills out the registration form and prepares all the required papers and submits them to the
customer service staff in the reception department.
2. The student is interviewed with the kindergarten administration to verify his capabilities and suitability
in the age-level programs offered to them.
3. A personal interview is conducted for female students who wish to register in our schools with the
English language department supervisor, the female student affairs vice-president, and whoever acts on
her behalf to hold the interviews.
4. Female students who wish to register are subject to a written test in (English language) on a day that
the school determines its date according to the admission and registration skills with the department and
the age group.
5. The results of the applicants (passed and not passed) are sorted based on a percentage of not less than
60% in the test.
6- The guardian shall be notified of the student’s acceptance or lack thereof in order to complete the
registration procedures.
7. After accepting the new student, the guardian is required to visit the accounts to pay the installments
and fees due and to register with transportation if necessary.
8. After signing the contract, the financial statement and paying the due installments, the guardian can go
to the Student Affairs Department to receive the school curricula and school uniforms.
Third: Withdrawal and Transfer:
1- Parents must complete the withdrawal request form from the Customer Service Department.
2. A female employee must follow the guardian’s clearance from all accounts, technology and library
departments in the school
3- Receive transport certificates and papers from the registration office within 3 days from the date of submitting the application.
4- After these steps, the student’s file will be withdrawn.
Politics:
All school policies related to tuition fees and related procedures are in conformity with the policy of the Ministry of Education, and all matters related to parents’ financial statements and their marital status are dealt with complete confidentiality and professionalism.

Clarify and organize the process of receiving school payments and explain the payment procedures, terms and conditions associated with them to the concerned employees and parents
Measures:
First: General Regulations:
1- It is required upon registration to pay a seat reservation fee of (3000) riyals, and deducted from the entire fee, and it is not refundable in the event the student withdraws.
2. The fee includes “1 school uniform, sports suit, textbooks, lieutenant, art and school tools, swimming.
3. The fee does not include trips and meals.
4. Tuition fees and seat reservation fees are non-refundable regardless of any circumstances or any amount paid.
5. In the event that a book is lost, the student can purchase a new book from the school library, and the price of the book will be paid in cash according to the book price for the stage.
Transportation fees for the whole academic year
Note: When two brothers register for transportation, a 30% discount is given to the second brother and above.
Important Information:
1. In the event that the full tuition fees are paid at the beginning of the year, 5% will be deducted for the sisters and so forth

Clarify and organize the school transportation process and explain the procedures and rules of conduct in transportation, and the terms and conditions related to student safety.
Rules of conduct in school transport:
– Riding a school bus in a school. Students must follow the same sound behavioral standards while riding school buses as is followed on the school campus or during school activities. It should be noted that all school rules are in effect inside the school bus or during the ride or at the bus stop / stop / The bus.
– The supervisor or supervisor of the bus or whoever acts on behalf of the school leader will impose penalties in case of misconduct inside the school bus. Parents can be informed of the misconduct that the student has committed in the event that it is serious, with the parent summoning an urgent school meeting if necessary.
School Transport Rules:
Safety rules are posted on each bus in a clear location. If these rules are broken, discipline procedures will be enforced by the school. Penalties will be gradual in proportion to the size of the violation and may include a temporary ban on using school buses.

Safety Rules at Bus Station:
– You must arrive at your bus station / meeting point or waiting area five minutes before the scheduled arrival time. The bus driver is not permitted to wait for students who are late.
Respect public property and the property of others to reflect a positive image of the school while waiting in your area.
– Keeping your pendants and personal safety and not dealing with strangers while you wait.
– Do not talk to strangers or ask for their help while waiting for the school bus inside the bus, use the language and prohibit the use of profane words and negative gestures.
Stay out of the street or road as much as possible when waiting for the bus.
Wait until the bus has stopped completely before approaching it to get on.
After getting off the bus, get away from the bus enough to move.
Fighting, harassment, intimidation, or violence with colleagues is strictly prohibited while riding the bus.

Parents are not allowed to ride in school buses (this can be done with the approval of the school administration.
– You must say hello before entering the bus and say goodbye to everyone with the appropriate greeting upon departure daily.
Effects and Penalties:
The consequences of misconduct on board school buses will apply to all normal and exceptional routes including:
Verbal warning to the student by the bus driver / supervisor
Sending a warning to the student / parents by the school principal
A student can be required to take a specific seat on the bus until the bad behavior stops
A student was banned for 3 days from riding the school bus
A student was banned for 5 days from riding the school bus
– Preventing 10 days from boarding the school bus and requesting a meeting with the guardian
– In case of other violations, they will be considered individually. Students can be penalized for longer periods of time, including a ban from using the bus for the remainder of the school year
Notice :
Students will be handed a copy of the bus rules during regular school bus safety training.
The rules will be posted on each bus.
Each of the rules will be reviewed periodically with students by the driver or the supervisor.
A copy of the school bus safety rules is handed over to the parent to adhere to them
Bus rules are published in both Arabic and English on the school’s official website.
Parent / guardian responsibilities for transportation safety and student safety
The Role of Parents:
Believing in the importance of the role of parents in supporting the concept of safety for children and their participation in the school in the educational and guidance role for students, and in compliance with the rules of the educational district and the principles of school bus safety, parents are kindly requested to adhere to the following:
Helping students understand safety rules and encouraging them to abide by them.
Acknowledgment of their responsibilities for the work of their students / children.
Support safe riding practices and the efforts made by the school to discipline and safety the operation on a daily basis when needed.
Assist students in crossing the street safely before boarding and after leaving the bus.
Supporting emergency evacuation procedures, and adhering to emergency procedures set by the school administration.
Respect the rights and privileges of others.
Transferring safety complaints or observations to the school leader immediately, if any.
Transfer any notes on the supervisor, the driver, or the quality of the bus to the school principal, immediately, if any.
Monitor and ensure the safety of bus stops or stops, if possible.
Supporting all efforts to improve school bus safety to ensure student safety.

1- Building Supervisor responsibilities related to the security of the educational facility:
*Maintaining school security is extremely important because it ensures the safety of staff and students and reduces the risk of vandalism or theft. Therefore, the building supervisor’s responsibility lies in:
*Maintain a registry of keys and change lost or stolen keys instantly
*Make sure all classes and buildings are safe, and close windows and doors
*Report any security violations to the school administration, specifically to the vice principal for Quality Assurance
*Ensure that there are no students, employees, or visitors in or around the school building in the post-working hours
*Ensure that if there was someone wishing to move around the building must obtain written permission from the leader or assistant leader and he will be under the supervision until he leaves
*Arrange procedures for any maintenance work after working hours and provide a complete and approved work permit with each maintenance worker
Special security and a school guard are available in front of each building 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the main gate
2- Security Awareness Training
The school staff need training in security rules and regulations by the safety and security supervisor, the school leader and quality assurance assistance and an external security institution at least once in one semester
3- Dealing with visitors / special entry permit
Identity Verification: All the above-mentioned categories of visitors must submit their ID to the receptionist by the visitors before they leave from the reception desk
Privacy: the visitor must remain in the reception area and respect Privacy of the school departments. It is not possible to reach other departments in the school without permission from the administration until it is directed or accompanied by a school employee
If a visitor needs to enter some areas of the school that visitors cannot normally reach, he must obtain approval from the school agent or the leader after record their information in the visitor record.
Parents and visitors are not allowed to enter any building without registering the required information according to the visitors ’record in the reception area upon entering the school from the main entrance
In the case that a visitor / trainer / supervisor arrives to meet any employee in the school, the visitor is received at the reception area , and his information is recorded in the visitor register as mentioned above, then he waits in the reception area for the concerned employee to come and accompany her to the hall Meetings at the administration office under the supervision of the school leader or assistance

Staff safety is of great importance and the school strives to make the school a safe educational environment.
